Hello! On the site https://cyberxvarna.com/, a small survey needs to be added that will be submitted with the form upon clicking the button. Currently, it works like this: Button click -> enter number -> Submit

It should work like this: Button click -> first question -> Next -> Second question -> .... -> last step of entering the number -> submit

The task is to integrate a simple survey with answer options, as an example
Which game do you like the most
- CS
- Dota2
- Warcraft
and so on
It should also show how many questions are left, like 1/7

Important: the form must be configurable, meaning there should be an object that is easy to update and will manage the sequence of steps, questions, and answers. I am a senior developer myself; if you are unsure about something, it's better not to take it on, but I am ready to give the task to a freelancer who is a beginner but has development experience :)
For the types of answers - there will always be answer options, the only thing to do is to have places where you can select once, and where you can select multiple times.
