ну,в целом можно заменить autooptimize на другой модуль,сделать объектный кеш,чтоб был не только прирост цифр для гугла,а и реальные ощущения того,что всё стало чуть живее. Есть также ряд проблем с точки зрения валидации сео,но они не критичны,если вы располагает сугубо платным траффиком.
