We are an active store on Wildberries, developing our own clothing and stationery brands. Currently, we are recruiting assistants and managers for marketplace operations (remotely, in staff/internship).
We need a specialist who can:
1. Set up and launch traffic for job vacancies (Telegram Ads, VK, Yandex Direct, or other working sources).
2. Bring in candidates specifically interested in working as assistants/managers on marketplaces (not abstract traffic).
3. Work with the funnel: from click to application (Google Forms / surveys / spreadsheets).
4. Provide reports on results: cost per lead, number of responses, quality of applications.
The task of the performer:
1. Launch advertising campaigns for the assistant/manager marketplace vacancy.
2. Set up creatives/ads (text + banner/video).
3. Set up geo targeting for Russia, CIS.
4. Generate a flow of candidates ready to submit applications and attend interviews.
What we expect as a result:
- A stable flow of responses (at least 10-20 quality applications per day).
- A report with metrics: reach, clicks, cost per lead, number of applications.
- The possibility to scale up with positive results. Collaboration format:
- Payment per lead or per result (to be discussed).
- Long-term work upon successful testing.
