Problem with Hieroglyphs instead of Russian text
After changing the system settings in Windows 11, old programs (for example, Omega, AutoCAD Electrical) started displaying hieroglyphs instead of Russian text. The reason is a failure in processing Cyrillic: either the locale for non-Unicode programs is broken, or fonts are corrupted, or paths contain Russian letters that programs can no longer recognize.
Has anyone encountered this? How to fix it?
