Problem with Windows Server settings - Could not create SSL/TLS

Good day. An important issue has arisen in the "Keyassort" program on a remote server on Windows Server 2022, where the program cannot connect to the associated service (https://anti-captcha.com/) through the API key and displays the error "HTTP or JSON error: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/LS secure channel". I have also attached a screenshot. This needs to be fixed.
