Areas of public procurement and tenders
Liability insurance, life insurance, pension products, and other employee benefits
Renovation, refurbishment, and furnishing of office spaces
Office furniture and equipment
Graphic design, printing, and advertising services (flyers, brochures, business cards, promotional materials, etc.)
Products and services related to office operations, including coffee supplies, office supplies, IT equipment, consumables, and other operational needs
Key responsibilities
Identifying and searching for suitable suppliers in various countries and regions
Communicating and negotiating with potential suppliers
Organizing solutions for your company
Evaluating proposals and offers according to established criteria
Preparing reports and supporting documentation for management decisions
Assisting in the development of international networks of contractual partners
Candidate profile
This position is suitable for individuals with experience in administration, procurement, business development, supplier management, or project coordination.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Professionalism in dealings with suppliers and business partners
Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
