I need an SMM specialist from Ukraine to manage Instagram and TikTok in Russian.
Tasks:
- Creating and managing content on Instagram and TikTok, duplicating content in Telegram
- Preparing 8–10 posts per month (feed).
- Creating 6–8 Reels (can be duplicated on TikTok).
- Regular stories (3–5 times a week).
- Developing a content plan for the month.
- Copywriting deep texts in the niche of numerology and NLP.
- Basic editing of short videos for Reels/TikTok.
What is important:
- Experience working with numerology, psychology, NLP, and personal branding.
- The ability to write texts with depth and meaning, not template phrases.
- A sense of aesthetics in visuals (minimalism, femininity).
- Understanding modern trends on Instagram and TikTok.
- Responsibility and independence in work.
Work format:
- Completely remote.
- Trial month → then long-term cooperation.
- Work volume approximately 10–15 hours per week.
Budget:
- 5,000-8,000 UAH for managing Instagram + TikTok + duplication in Telegram
- Possibility to discuss details and adjustments regarding the volume of tasks.
