Promotion of products for corporate communication security

We are a team of experts in corporate communication security, preparing to launch a new IT product, and looking for an experienced marketer or team for comprehensive promotion and business packaging.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Audit and Technical Assignment

   • Analysis of current products, website, social networks, and sales channels;

   • Assessment of the business's marketing architecture, identification of bottlenecks and growth points;

   • Preparation of a detailed technical assignment for contractors and internal teams.

2. Creating a Complete Set of Marketing Documents

   • Technical specifications for agencies and freelancers (copywriters, designers, target specialists, etc.);

   • Regulations and instructions for internal processes (content plan, formatting standards, moderation rules);

   • Checklists for campaign preparation and launch;

   • Ready content pool: articles, cases, infographics, landing pages.

3. Development and Implementation of omni-channel Promotion Strategy

   • Targeted advertising on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);

   • Content marketing (blog, white papers, email newsletters);

   • SEO optimization and contextual advertising;

   • PR activities (press releases, interviews, expert columns).

4. Working with Influencers and Partners

   • Search and communication with industry opinion leaders;

   • Preparation and conduct of joint campaigns, webinars, streams;

   • Development and launch of a partner program (referral schemes, affiliate models).

5. Events Demonstrating Expertise

   • Organization and holding of webinars, online conferences, master classes;

   • Maintaining a corporate blog and columns on external platforms;

   • Preparation and publication of client cases, solution reviews, and market research.

6. Interaction with Sales Department and KPI Orientation

   • Coordination of marketing activities and sales funnels;

   • Development of motivation system for marketing and sales departments;

   • Continuous monitoring of ROMI, budget optimization, and ROI enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing of IT products — at least 3 years;

• Deep understanding of corporate sales and lead generation funnel;

• Practical skills in digital channels: SMM, targeting, content marketing, SEO/SEM;

• Experience working with influencers and building partnership programs;

• Skills in preparing marketing regulations, checklists, and technical specifications;

• High analytical literacy (ability to work with ROMI, LTV, CAC metrics);

• English and German skills are desirable for communication with international partners;

• Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work in multitasking mode.

Terms of Cooperation

• Employment: project-based or permanent contract;

• Project Start: immediately, preliminary audit and strategy phase — 2–4 weeks;

• Tools: access to all internal analytics platforms, CRM, and marketing stack.
