I fell for the rating (I don’t know where he got it from). I really regret getting involved. First, he took an advance payment for the site (1000 UAH), discussed that in a month he would finish the development and start promotion. A month passed, I didn’t have anything, I called and wrote messages for a week, he didn’t get in touch, a week later he appeared on Skype, said that he needed to go somewhere and he was ready to make a discount on the site and start promotion, showed me the site template, texts for promotion and we agreed that I close this project and open another one for promotion (so consider my previous review to him also negative) Then I had to break off relations with him, but I didn’t want to lose the prepayment and damn his rating ... In general I got another 4000 UAH, as a result, apart from the template, I had nothing left.
