Project Goal
Develop a compact CRM system on the Bubble.io platform for managing leads. The system should support adding leads via API and provide basic functions for working with data.
Main Functional Requirements:
Adding Leads via API:
- Set up API endpoints to receive lead data.
- Implement automatic creation of new records based on data received via API.
Lead Management:
- Web interface for viewing the list of leads in a table and as cards (like Trello).
- Ability to edit, delete, and manually add leads through the interface.
Filters and Search:
- Implement basic filters (e.g., by lead status, date added, assigned to whom).
- Search field for quickly finding a lead by name or other parameters.
Status Management:
- Ability to change lead statuses (e.g., "New", "In Progress", "Closed").
- Configure the display of statuses in the interface.
Integrations:
- Set up integration with an external platform (CRM system) via API.
- Import/export data in CSV format.
User Functional Roles:
- Administrator:
- Full access to all functions.
- Manage system and API settings.
- Manager:
- View, edit, delete, and add leads.
Non-Functional Requirements:
- UI optimized for mobile devices
- Performance: API response time no more than 2 seconds.
- Security: Restrict access to the API using tokens.
- Scalability: Ability to expand functionality in the future.
