Hello, I will design an office building for a business center. I have experience in designing public buildings and site territory. The price will be finalized after discussion; currently, it is a conditional maximum allowed for the category. The work is based on a partial prepayment of 50% advance deposit, 50% upon completion; the advance deposit is non-refundable if you decide to terminate the work or for other reasons. Consultations within the framework of the project work will be provided after the advance payment. A design task, contract, and acceptance act will be prepared. If you have drawings and sketches, links to what you like from the Internet, requirements for the list of premises, and other considerations for the design, then the project will be developed based on this initial data.

What I need from you – a survey (topographic and geodetic survey with marked engineering networks and planning restrictions properly agreed upon) at a scale of 1:500 or at a scale of 1:1000 if the area is very large, several hectares; cadastral number and extract from the cadastre and the location of the site; urban planning conditions and architectural restrictions; if there is previously developed urban planning documentation for this area; geology (results of geological surveys).

I will develop the following drawings: a general plan scheme of the site development with buildings, transport and pedestrian paving, parking, and main technical and economic indicators for the general plan; architecture – floor plans of the building, sections, facades, roof plan. This is the list of drawings for the specified price. The price for such a set of drawings starts from $5/m2 of the total area of all premises on the floors of the building, finalized after discussion.
