Design of the staircase - welded steel prefabricated

🔧 Task Description

It is necessary to develop a project and detailing for the following operations:

• Laser cutting (formats: DXF / DWG)

• Bending

• Rolling

🏗️ Installation and Assembly

Second floor railing:

• Consists of two parts

• Floor mounting

Staircase:

• Right side (from the entrance):

  • Made of two welded parts: straight and bent

• Left side:

  • Similar to the right side

  • Plus welded railing

Corner piece on the second floor (embedded element):

• Made of steel with a thickness of 8 mm

• Dimensions: 200×200×900 mm

• Purpose: for installation in the floor under the finishing coating

• Function: acts as an embedded element for attaching the staircase

Steps:

• Fixed to the floor via bolt connection

• The fasteners under the steps should be neat and minimal

• Thickness of side strips: 8 mm

• Thickness of steps: 5 mm

⚠️ Attention:
The rotating part of the staircase under load may shift downward.
It is necessary to:

• Conduct load testing

• Or propose a structural solution for reinforcement

🔩 Attachment Points

1. Embedded brackets:

   • Welded from steel with a thickness of 8 mm

   • Dimensions: 900×200 mm

   • Quantity: 2 pcs

2. Right side strip:

   • Ability to attach to the wall from below immediately after the turn

3. Floor fixation:

   • Minimal number of dowels

  • Attaching the staircase to the bracket — via bolt connection under the last step
