Designer / architect for working with point clouds (3D laser scanning)

A specialist is required who, based on the provided point cloud created by laser scanning of the building, will be able to prepare project documentation:

Plans, facades, and sections of the house (formats DWG and PDF);

An explanatory note describing the materials and structures used (information will be provided by us);

A project for insulating facades and replacing windows/doors in accordance with the construction standards and requirements specified by us.

From our side:

A complete point cloud will be provided in .E57 / .LAS / .RCP format;

Photo survey and basic data about the building - information about the materials of the construction structures and nodes, etc.;

If necessary, we provide technical consultation on facade solutions.

Requirements for the performer:

Experience working with architectural drawings and building reconstructions;

Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, PointCab, ReCap, or similar programs;

Accuracy, attention to detail, adherence to deadlines;

The ability to prepare a project according to current norms and standards.

Conditions:

Remote work (freelance);

Deadline - by agreement;

Result - a set of drawings (DWG + PDF) and an explanatory note (Word / PDF);

Payment is discussed individually depending on the volume and deadlines.

Long-term work on a stable basis is desirable, but one-time orders are also possible.
