Design of DC-DC Step-UP Easyeded
It is necessary to create a DC-DC voltage booster from 3V-4.2V (1S Li-ion) to 12V 5A (60W).For the basis you can take the Chinese DD03AJTA elevator (3-4st parallelly connected to provide the required power), or create from scratch your own elevator if it will have more compact sizes and better CPD.On the side of the output voltage (12V) should be added protection against the overpole and reverse voltage.If a little free space is missing - you need to add a re-release protection module (2,95V voltage)

Textile thickness 1mm (might and thinner)
The height of the elements on the plate (drosel, condensators, etc.)It should not exceed 7 mm.This plate will be folded with a laton transmission with another plate (USB charger) in the form of a two-storey module.According to the DC-DC plate should have holes for laton spots, the drawing is in attached files.The project should be developed in EasyEDA with a subsequent order for the manufacture of printed plates with components.The first test samples must be prepared in Ukraine to accelerate processes.

Як плануете охолоджувати модуль?

Можу запропонувати зробити плату на алюмінієвій підкладці, щоб тепло рівномірно розсіювалося, але все одно при таких розмірах і при 60W нагрів буде сильним, потрібно буде в корпусі робити перфорацію і в ідеалі активне охолодження.

тоді давайте перенесемо все на одну плату і підберемо нижчі конденсатори.
