2. Requirements for the pool structure Material of the bowl: monolithic reinforced concrete Reinforcement: meshes and frames with reinforcement. Bottom: slab thickness 150 -200 mm with reinforcement; Walls: thickness 150 - 200 mm,
Hydraulics and pipelines
- Inlet line: through eco-channel, Distribution by sections: overflow thresholds/troughs with regulation; ensure laminar flow along the pool. Outlet line Ø110–160 mm with a pumping group with fish protection grids, bottom drains, the possibility of complete drainage of the bowl. Overflow line.
Aeration Compressor(s) with a capacity providing ≥ 6 mg/l of dissolved oxygen; backup compressor with automatic switching. Air distribution: perforated tubes/diffusers in each section; flow regulation by sections.
Filtration and eco-cleaning Mechanical filter: drum/cartridge for removing solid feed fractions and feces. Biofilter: loading with a large specific surface area for nitrification. Eco-cleaning compartment: 80 m2, depth ~0.8 m; multi-level bottom (gravel, planting of reeds/cattails/iris); level drop for calm flow. Bypass channel and bypass: the possibility of disconnecting eco-cleaning for service/winter.
Safety, fencing, and canopy Canopy: covering over ≥50% of the pool area, light-permeable, wind-resistant; provide shade and protection from overheating.
