Look, there is a nuance here - for Binance Futures, not only delta formulas are important, but also safe state recovery after a restart, protection against duplicate Market Orders, verification of actual position openings, and emergency closure of those positions created by the program.
I see the implementation like this - a service with a separate configuration file, state saving of cycles, working through the Binance Futures API, a test mode before real keys, logs, Telegram notifications, and verification of each order after sending.
We can simplify the first version without a full admin panel - if a configuration file or a simple settings page is sufficient, it fits within the estimate.
