The program calculates the result;

The file is stored in binary form in the same folder from which the original file is taken.The second program should do everything I just described just the opposite.The logic:
1) The name of the file
2)The program reads the first numbers to the gap (as you understood the gap this divider, that the program could understand where the number ends to which you now need to multiply)
3) After the program multiplies the number to the gap to the number that is after the gap and records in the txt file

он прав в том, что знает только программу первого курса, первой четверти, и это ПТУ наверн, а вообще это не проблема, как указал коллега выше есть понятия длинной арифметики и соответствующие классы, а вообще можно рассматривать число в файле не как число)

Не так. Можно программно реализовать и деление и умножение "в столик" например, и оперировать при этом менабайтными числами.
Снимаю шляпу перед исполнителем, который взялся реализовать за полчаса деление. У меня в свое время реализация деления с остатком одного очень длинного на другое очень длинное (не ставил целью делать дробную часть) заняло суток двое.

Не совсем правы. В школе учим таблицу умножения до 9*9.. а делим в столбик и умножаем числа любых размеров ))

Представляется мне это как класс, который будет хранит в себе самого себя и переменную типа Long Long. Будет класс обработчик данных чисел, в котором будет скрыта логика работы с моим классом оберткой. -
За длинную арифметику верно сказали выше, это единственный способ грамотно решить вашу задачу.

необязательно алгоритм деления писать таким образом, чтобы для деления числа с разрядность 25 млн. цифр понадобилось 25 млн. чисел с разрядностью 25 млн. цифр 🙂
Даже с кодированием в лоб (напр., Реализация длииииииинной арифметики на C++) вполне может хватить той памяти, что доступна на типичном оборудовании.
