Модели роутера могут быть различные. Наши клиенты не умеют пробрасывать порты для открытия их на роутерах. Нужна программа,запустив которую у себя они открыли бы порт для соединения с ними по rdp.

Нужно понимать какой роутер, потому как каждый работает по разному. укадого разные параметры подключения, страницы команд и листинг команд если есть консольное подключение. Универсальное для ВСЕХ. вам обойдеться очень догово, что проже все же ручками один раз в роутере настроить

Так в нынешнее время многие провайдеры балуются серыми IP. Т.е. подключиться удаленно к нему не удастся даже если открыть порт хоть через UPnP, хоть вручную на роутере.
Лучше использовать технологию back-connect.
Это будет независимо от роутера, от того поддерживает ли он UPnP, это будет работать на сером IP, даже через мобильный интернет и т.п.
