We are a company based in Miami (USA) looking for an experienced Project Manager to organize the exhibition from start to finish.
This is a remote job for a responsible person who can coordinate complex projects, work with an international team, and bring ideas to fruition.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed exhibition plan — from concept to final implementation
Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns
Find and manage contractors, designers, and logistics
Hire and oversee remote employees and freelancers
Plan, monitor deadlines and budget
Daily communication with the American team
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in event/exhibition organization (mandatory)
Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher
Understanding of the mentality of the USA and Canada
Experience working in remote teams
Responsibility, structure, initiative
Willingness to work according to Miami time (EST)
Will be a plus:
Experience managing multiple contractors simultaneously
Confident use of tools:
Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion
