Project manager Youtube Global English

In active search of a producer-project manager for launching and promoting a YouTube channel in the English-speaking market (Global English). Project task for 3-6 months.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for the growth of the YouTube channel in the English-speaking market.
• Content planning: creating a video calendar, coordinating with the team of screenwriters, editors, and designers.
• Market and competitor analysis, identifying trends in the niche.
• Quality control of content, including compliance with the target audience.
• Working with YouTube analytics: tracking key performance indicators (KPI), recommendations for optimization.
• Coordinating the video upload process (optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
• Managing the team, organizing workflows, and setting tasks.
• Ensuring stable channel growth and increasing its audience.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager or producer in the YouTube or media field for at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of the English-speaking YouTube market and its algorithms.
• Experience with YouTube analytical tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Team management skills and organization of workflows.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with YouTube SEO and advertising campaigns.
• Having a successful personal project on YouTube or examples of growth from other channels.
• Understanding of modern trends in video production and content marketing.
