Property Manager / Property Manager (remote, full-time)
The management company AVA Estate is looking for a manager to work with short-term rentals of villas and apartments.
Format:
Full-time, remote work (online)
Tasks:
• managing listings on Booking.com and Airbnb
• working with calendars, prices, bookings
• communication with guests (messages, support, questions)
• coordinating cleanings and check-ins
• working in the PMS system GST (Property Management System)
• quality control of service and operational processes
Requirements:
• experience with Booking / Airbnb is mandatory
• experience in Property Management or short-term rentals
• confident English (correspondence with guests)
• responsibility, attention to detail, systematic approach
• experience working in GST will be a big plus (if not, we will train)
