8 USDПерезаключаем договор аренды с ТРК.
В новый договор внесены изменения со стороны ТРК, не соответствующие нашим интересам.
Нужно отредактировать и предложить на согласование ТРК новый договор, по 3 пунктам:
1. Попросить пролангацию договора на следующий год с сохранением условий
2. Прописать выход из договора по нашей инициативе, по уведомлению без штрафов.
Пункты которые внес ярк и нас не устраивают.
Новый договор, во вложении. Cтарый так же предоставлю, для возможности сравнения в редакторе.

"No, the Lessee wants it to be in the protocol of disagreements, which is an annex to the contract." OK. I made a protocol.

He asks about a clause in the contract (why, supposedly I wrote them, although these clauses were originally written by the party that provided the contract).
