Hey 👋🏻 Few years ago got same reject from Apple and solution was 1) to communicate with AppStore Representative contact (through AppStore Connect Resolution center) and 2) we requested technical review from Apple (as developer you've ability to do that one or two time, can't remember exactly). As result, the technical team confirmed our code is unique, and we're not aware of other similar apps.

I can't guarantee anything of course (in many similar cases Apple close account with removing all apps from AppStore) but you can try at least these variants.
