1 . Your project seemed unusual enough for freelancer, so it would be interesting to work on it. I can write on JS, as well as on Vue/React, in my time I learned this direction. Generally, because of sufficiently large experience I have a comprehensive understanding of how systems work, I can quickly understand something new and write in different languages and technologies, also I have a spoken English if necessary.

3.In the task I see that they are sufficiently homogeneous, and at the same time more than all simple, but it’s hard for me to say about it because I don’t know how difficult it is realised on the backdrop, which is the quality of the code there, so I’ll say my average-approximately estimate – up to 1.5 hours per point, that is, a total of some 10.5 hours.
