QA audit of the online store website (WordPress / WooCommerce) — focus on conversion
We are looking for a QA specialist or CRO expert to audit the website of an online store (WordPress + WooCommerce).
Main goal — to identify blockers on the customer's path to purchase and obtain specific recommendations for increasing conversion.
What needs to be checked:
— Full user journey: from the homepage to order confirmation (desktop + mobile)
— Cart and checkout: usability, number of steps, forms
— Product cards: CTA, photos, reviews, option selection
— Mobile version (separate priority — main traffic from Instagram)
— Technical part: Core Web Vitals, broken links, JS errors
— Correct setup of GA4 and Meta Pixel (events, conversions)
What we expect to receive:
— Prioritized list of issues in table format (issue / page / criticality / recommendation)
— Brief report with descriptions and screenshots
— Final presentation of key findings (online, 30–45 min)
Project details:
— Platform: WordPress/WooCommerce
— Traffic: mainly Google/Meta ads + organic Google
— Target audience: women aged 28–35, dog and cat owners, across Ukraine
What we expect from you:
— Experience in QA or CRO auditing for eCommerce (preferably WooCommerce)
— A similar report or case example in your portfolio is preferred
