Need a bot in tg, for contests. Contests will be held in a telegram channel. It is necessary for people to be able to click on a button below the post, participate, after which, as in the example 
it will display the number of participants. After I click on the draw button, the post will be edited and will display the winner's name and (username).
Also, it is necessary to add the required winner and it will supposedly be randomly selected, knowing the winner in advance.
There should be 2 functionalities: random winner and specified winner.
Here is how I see the admin panel in the bot.
1. Need to add a button for adding a channel where the contest will take place, then the ability to add the number of winners, contest photo, and text, then choose the mode: custom contest or normal.
1.1 If custom, then the bot will ask me to enter the username of the winner, which will be displayed as the winner in the contest post.
If normal contest, after clicking the normal contest button, there will be a "Conduct Draw" button. Clicking the "Conduct Draw" button will randomly select a winner among the people who clicked the button, and the winner will appear in the post.
