Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W as a webcam (Windows)

It is necessary to make the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W with a camera work as a regular webcam when connected to a Windows computer (Plug&Play, no drivers).

Cameras:

1. Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 NoIR 

2. Arducam 16MP NoIR

Requirements:

• Two separate builds — one for each camera.

• Video only in 1080p (1920×1080) with the maximum possible stable FPS.

• Automatic startup after powering on the Raspberry Pi.

• Simple configuration file (FPS, white balance).

• Stable operation

What needs to be provided:

• Ready microSD image (.img) for writing.

• Source files + short writing instructions.
