Placement of 20 products in the admin panel of the website on OpenCart.Irresponsible. Took the project and didn't even start working. Out of 20 products, not a single one was created! I do not recommend contacting. I asked questions 3 times over 2 weeks. I did not receive any answers, after which I left feedback and closed the project.

The products for posting on the site were published on one of the pages of a multi-page Google spreadsheet. At the start of the work, there were only a few products that had been completed. Regarding the fact that there were fewer products in the spreadsheet than agreed upon, I drew the client's attention to it. The client replied that they would gradually add more... I waited for some time for the products to be added to the spreadsheet, as I had no other tasks... Then the client was absent from the site for over 10 days; I can't say exactly how long because I stopped monitoring it after a while, meaning there was no longer any confidence that we would continue to collaborate... The last messages from the client were about the need to provide a report, although there was not a word about reporting in the task or anywhere in the project correspondence (since there is a task in the spreadsheet and it can be checked if necessary), and therefore I did not keep a report, I accidentally missed it, as I myself stopped logging into the site for a while due to a heavy workload... I raised the positions, reviewed each product in the admin panel, and compiled a report, which I then sent. But when I was sending the report, I saw other messages regarding complaints and misunderstandings from the client, who, not waiting for my response, left a negative review, although in fact the work was done... Moreover, when I was compiling the report, I saw that new products had already been added to the task spreadsheet, which I was not previously informed about, and it turns out that by default I was supposed to sit at the monitor for 2 weeks and see if anything appeared... Therefore, there is a big question for the client regarding the organization of the work process, communication with the performers, and much more... My only oversight is that I should not have waited patiently for the client to appear online, but should have immediately referred to arbitration... regarding the impossibility of completing the project due to the client's fault... Please pay attention to this before starting cooperation!!!!
