How I will execute it:
I will connect directly to the database (MySQL) — this is more reliable and accurate than through plugins, which may not capture all records or work slowly with large volumes.
The SQL query will extract all applications from the Contact Form 7 / Gravity Forms / WPForms tables (depending on the form plugin), immediately sort them by date, after which the script will remove duplicates by the rule: keep the first record — remove the rest with the same phone number or email.
The result — a ready .xlsx file with clean unique applications.
