The project uses laravel-admin (admin panel) + on the front-end https://pixinvent.com/vuexy-bootstrap-laravel-admin-template/
It is necessary to refine the front-end and back-end parts. We will work in stages:
1. Implementation of the task
2. Push to Git (Work strictly through git (bitbucket)
3. Check for compliance with acceptance criteria.
4. Closing the project, creating a new one.
I suggest you evaluate a few simple tasks to start with, to understand the project and then take on more complex tasks:
1) Add a status model in the admin panel for Questionnaires:
/admin/drivers
/admin/brokers
/admin/office_staff
analogous to the status page reviews /admin/reviews
Acceptance criteria:
1. By default, all records have a status of Yes (displayed on the site)
2. The ability for the administrator to change the page to No, then it does not display on the site
3. The ability to filter data within the record by status Yes / No (similar to /admin/reviews)
2) Add a Source column with parameters User / Import in the admin panel for Questionnaires:
/admin/drivers
/admin/brokers
/admin/office_staff
Acceptance criteria:
1. The ability to filter by the Source column (User/Import)
2. By default, all records (pages) have a type of User
3. When adding new pages by the user through the site, Source is set to User
3) Combine the search field into one long field, pre-fill the Placeholder with the text: Enter first name, last name, company name or MC
Acceptance criteria:
1. Check that the search works correctly and functions after changes
4) Refine the set of fields for /review/0 (Broker)
Add fields to the page in the front-end:
Acceptance criteria:
1. Fields are filled correctly, according to the specifications and data depending on the type of field
2. Data is recorded and saved in the database
3. Extended data is displayed on the site in the admin panel in the card /admin/reviews/*******
4. When adding a comment to the questionnaire, additional data is similarly available:
5) Refine the display of additional information in the review card: /broker_page/67?19159
1. If the user filled out How would you rate this broker *, we display extended information under the main message in the same format (see screenshot below).
2. Add a line to separate the message and reasons, like here

1) Does this status need to be implemented at the database schema level or is it already present and just missing in the admin panel?
2) How is "Import" triggered? Will this happen via future functionality (e.g., CSV import), or is it manually set by admin?
3) Do you want the admin to be able to change Source manually, or is it read-only?

4) Should the search be "fuzzy" across all fields (e.g., partial matches), or do you expect strict matches?
