Hello, we need to develop a game from the IGaming vertical

Tech stack - Pixi JS or similar
Additional tech stack - ability to work with Figma, animation from Spine 2D
workflow
1) In the first stage, we develop an offline version with animation. All possible game outcomes will be triggered from the initialization URLs (more details are described in the technical specification)
2) The next task will be integration with the API
3) Then adding music
Important - there are quite a few nuances that carry over from one project to another. It would be good (even if you work with a different tech stack, sufficient understanding of Pixi to draw certain solutions from previous projects)
Detailed technical specification, access to assets and previous projects will be provided to candidates. Please write your hourly rate and examples of work from this or a similar vertical.
