Knowledge of WordPress to develop your own plugins
Good level of wheat.
Understanding the foundations of search engines such as ElasticSearch and similar

Ближайшие задачи: разработка MVP с нуля (Кастомная тема для WP). Подготовлена документация, дизайны в Figma, информационная архитектура и т.д. Начать нужно будет с Личного кабинета(Профиль) + Сервис поиска специалистов + Сервис поиска вакансий. Готовые дизайны в Figma - прилагаю. Более детально требования и сроки обговорим и пропишем в ТЗ с выбранным исполнителем.
В команде есть все нужные роли: Product Manager, Project Manager, UI/UX, QA
Я как Founder координирую все процессы.
Что хотим от кандидата:
✅ Знание Wordpress для разработки собственных плагинов
✅ Хороший уровень вёрстки
✅ Понимание основ работы поисковых движков типа ElasticSearch и подобных
✅ Умение работать в стартапе: поиск простых, быстрых и дешёвых решений для технических задач, которые при этом не станут большой проблемой роста в будущем
✅ Умение разрабатывать модульно (с низкой зависимостью компонент системы друг от друга).
✅ Достаточно большой уровень самостоятельности, ориентированность на пользовательский опыт.
✅ Документирование кода в необходимом и согласованном формате
✅ Плюсом будет навык администрирования сервера до 1000 пользователей в день
✅ Плюсом будет базовое понимание Redis, настройки CDN, и других средств оптимизации.
