- Format: Standard folding carton (top tuck flap, bottom lock or glue flap)
- Dimensions (outer):
• Height: 8.75 inches
• Width (front panel): 4.00 inches
• Depth (side panel): 2.25 inches
- Bleed: 0.125 inches all around
- Safety margin: 0.125 inches inside all edges
- Spine fold lines:
• Left fold at 4.00"
• Right fold at 6.25"
- Total flat width with glue flap:
• 4.00" (front) + 2.25" (side) + 4.00" (back) + 2.25" (side) + 0.375" glue flap
= 12.875" total flat width
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please create a working die line using these dimensions.
- Treat this as our “placeholder” die line until I choose the final printing company.
- Make sure all artwork stays inside the safe area.
- Include bleed guidelines, fold lines, and glue area.
- Once we have the actual printer, we will swap your working die line with their official one.
