Dear specialists, I ask for your help in forming the concept, determining the full scope of work, rather than blocking it immediately.
1. Concept. There are photos from the 1940s to the present, I cannot currently say how many will be in the work, it all depends on your price. There is a wedding video lasting about 30-40 minutes. Some individuals in the photos and video need to be visualized in 3D. Please indicate the cost of the work.
2. Next. Gather these individuals in one reconstructed or detached situation (for example, against the background of the father's house (view of the house from the 50s-60s), with moving elements - meetings/greetings/smiles/atmospheric elements - recreating wind effects, sun rays, etc. (this will be clarified during the work). Please indicate the cost of the work.
3. There will be scanned photos, some - especially the very old photos - will need enhancement, their quantity will also be discussed separately, it all depends on determining the cost for this work. Please indicate the cost of the work.
4. Some photos (possibly) currently in black and white need to be reproduced in color. Please indicate the cost of the work.
5. Final goal. To combine all this with the intersection of various elements (discussed in the process) into a bright album with musical accompaniment. The album is being prepared for a specific date.
I am looking for a specialist with whom I could collaborate, I emphasize! Much needs to be discussed already in the process of work. The deadline is 6-7 months, possibly up to 8 months (you as specialists will correct me on the deadlines). Currently, the photos are not yet scanned, and the video is still on video cassette and will need to be reformatted into digital form.
