There’s a problem with the fact that on different devices/spots the call record works differently and writing a universal application under everything is impossible. Or do you give your phone to your employees?

The cost and deadlines are conditional. It will probably be much cheaper.
If the calls are made with Kyivstar, there is a standard option to detail all entering/outing. There are functions of calculating time of conversations (already standard). Prohibiting the deletion of files is no sense. Simply indicate the manager that the missing records will be visible, including the number and duration of the conversation.
Export to the cloud +/, the cloud is not infinite, 15 GB. If the manager is not one and calls a lot - the place will quickly end. As an option, copy and remove the calls from the cloud.
In general, I need a technical task more current, I will write down time and cost.
