After a week in the project I got a sketch that does not match the drawn brief and in general - only the site hat - which also does not match the drawn color range and the logo color at all.I said that it was not a result but a goat!The designer angry, said I don't understand what the sketch is, complained about the overall load of work and headache, and then gave up cooperation said I'm an unpleasant person.Here is the whole letter.Here is the Numbers

About the customer, my review is as follows: inadequacy in everything. Starting from filling out the brief and communicating on the project ("I'm tired of answering your questions, get started"), to deadlines and everything else. He does not pay a penny, but demands in such a tone, as if he were very much indebted. Requires to read minds and refuses to fill out briefs, does not understand the difference between a sketch and the final version, does not understand what edits are, does not know that 3 days to develop a layout is the norm, has no sense of tact, and is also just a terrible boor and hysterics, this is very unprofessional.

The most unpleasant person with whom it is impossible to work.
I undertook to cooperate only because ... I don’t even know why))) As they say, a “not simple” customer is not a problem, the main thing is to understand who wants what and professionally approach the matter. A completely inadequate customer is a completely different story, commercially not interesting to anyone. I do not advise you to contact this person if your mood, time and money are dear to you.
