I'm looking for a layout designer who works in InDesign and knows how to work with styles and Master pages. The task will be to improve the visual appearance of the finished file and based on it create a design system and templates.

We have a ready file (I am attaching examples of pages). The design needs to be improved minimally, but in a way that makes it more readable, visually clean, and compositionally correct.
