Looking for an advertising manager for a TikTok blog (esotericism, tarot, astrology)
I am the author of a TikTok blog in the niche of spiritual practices (65.7k subscribers). I regularly shoot forecasts by zodiac signs, tarot spreads, and conduct live broadcasts. The blog is rapidly growing, +15K subscribers in the last 4 months
I need a person who will attract advertisers and manage the deal process from start to finish.
Tasks:
– Search and attract advertisers
– Conduct negotiations
– Create a technical specification for integration
– Control payment from the client
– Report on the deal
My advertising format:
– Native integrations embedded in forecasts for 12 signs (for each week/month)
– Package options (week/month)
– Videos gain from 5k to 50k, sometimes 100k+
Payment conditions:
– Percentage of the deal: 25–30%
– Payment only for results
There is an opportunity to grow in income, as the blog is growing quickly, the cost of advertising is correspondingly increasing, and your percentage too.
Requirements:
– Experience working with bloggers or in the advertising field
– Understanding of TikTok and formats of native integrations
– Competent communication, ability to negotiate
– Preferably — experience in the niche of esotericism/self-development (but not mandatory)
