I am looking for a specialist for recruiting personnel in the field of landscape gardening. The company is located in Warsaw (Poland).
A responsible person is needed who will be engaged in the search and selection of candidates for work in caring for green plantings.
Responsibilities:
- searching for candidates (various channels: websites, social networks, databases, etc.)
- initial selection and evaluation of candidates
- communication with candidates
- transferring selected candidates to the employer
Requirements:
- experience in recruitment of at least 1 year
- understanding of the specifics of work in the field of landscaping or willingness to quickly learn
- responsibility and organization
