A recruiter is needed to find workers for construction work (paving). The job is remote. The main task is to find candidates and pass on their contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Posting job vacancies on job search websites and bulletin boards
- Searching for candidates in social networks and Telegram groups
- Receiving calls or messages from candidates
- Initial communication with candidates
- Checking basic skills (whether they have experience in paving)
- Passing on the contacts of verified candidates
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in recruiting or personnel selection
- Preferably experience in finding workers in construction
- Ability to work with online job search platforms
- Communication skills and responsibility
Work result:
Passing on the contacts of candidates who:
- have experience in paving or construction work
- are ready to work
- are located in Ukraine
Payment:
Payment for results:
- Per candidate contact
or - Per candidate who started working
The format of cooperation is long-term. A constant flow of candidates is needed.
