About the project
We are a dynamically developing company engaged in real estate in Bali and Ukraine, as well as sales on Amazon. Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking for an experienced HR recruiter who can effectively close client searches on a commission basis.
What we need:
- Conducting the full cycle of staff recruitment, including search, selection, interviewing, and offering jobs to candidates.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract candidates using various sources and methods, including social networks and professional platforms.
- Working closely with the company's management to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Assessing candidates' qualifications and their compliance with job requirements.
- Maintaining a candidate database and keeping up-to-date information on search status.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience with the company at all stages of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting.
- Successful experience in closing vacancies on time and in accordance with client requirements.
- Ability to work with various tools and platforms for staff search and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates' professional and personal qualities.
