🔹 Task: Freelance Recruiter (Staffing for Abroad)

Description:
We are looking for a freelance recruiter to find candidates for jobs abroad (EU, particularly Estonia).
The work is remote, payment — percentage after successful employment of the candidate (success fee).

Main Tasks:

• searching and selecting candidates according to job vacancies (construction, manufacturing, technical field);

• initial contact and brief screening (experience, willingness to relocate, documents);

• passing interested candidates to our HR manager;

• communication via Telegram / Viber / WhatsApp.

Requirements:

• experience in recruitment (from 6 months) or willingness to develop in recruiting;

• activity, ability to find people through social networks, groups, advertisements;

• preferably — understanding the specifics of working abroad for Ukrainians.

Conditions:

• remote work, flexible schedule;

• payment in percentages from each successfully employed candidate (amount is agreed individually);

• stable vacancies and long-term cooperation.
