We are looking for architects / BIM modelers for long-term collaboration (working in Revit with point clouds). Collaboration starts with a paid test task.
Task: Creation of a 3D model and preparation of 2D drawings (plans, sections, facades) based on the point cloud.
Object: A part of a two-story building.
Area: ~120 m² (60 m² - each part of the floor).
Scope of work: Walls, ceilings, windows, doors. Only Architecture (no furniture or engineering). Detailed description and screenshots in the attached files.
Requirements:
Availability of a PC capable of working with point clouds (min. 16-32 GB RAM).
Revit 2026.
Compliance with requirements, structure, and naming of files according to the specifications.
Responsibility: We are looking for partners for long-term collaboration, so attention to detail and meeting deadlines is important.
Type: Payment through Escrow
Note: This is not a commercial project, it is a test task that consists of a part of a building, and only the geometry (LOD 200) needs to be lifted from the cloud. No "layers" of walls, no furniture, no complex decorations. Only 3D and basic views. There is no need to develop complex nodes or anything similar. Please take this into account when calculating your cost.
