ROLE GOAL

To develop my personal brand through viral content.
I already have a lot of materials, ideas, and scripts. You are entering the process not from scratch.
1) CONTENT AND SMM (MAIN AREA)
Platforms (immediately):
• Instagram (main)
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts (immediately)
In parallel with the launch:
• Threads
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
Formats:
1.1) Short videos (you are a reel maker)
• Generation and refinement of ideas and scripts
• Filming me on a phone (offline in Warsaw, if you are here) (all equipment is available)
• Editing (CapCut / InShot or analogs)
• Packaging for virality: HOOK • RHYTHM • SUBTITLES • COVER • CALL TO ACTION
Video plan:
• 120 videos in the first month
I am ready to allocate 3-4 days a week for filming: 10+ videos a day
2) Carousels / collections (10-15 pcs in the first month)
• Visual carousels with meanings and structure
• Collections, short analyses
• Adaptations for different platforms
Publications and stories:
• Daily: STORIES MANDATORY, plus posts/reels according to the content plan
3) ORGANIZATION/CHOICE OF LOCATIONS + GRAPHICS FOR SHOOTING

• Experience in short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Strong visual awareness, understanding of trends and virality structure
• Fast modern editing
• Ability to write scripts, refine ideas, work with hooks
TERMS AND PAYMENT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Probation period: 1 month
• Payment during the probation period: 40,000 UAH per month
• From the 3rd month: salary increase based on results
HOW TO RESPOND (SELECTION THROUGH ASSIGNMENT)
