Якщо ліди приходять в CRM, то яку? В нас є експертиза в трьох, і ми не хочемо розпилятися на вивчення іншої заради такої простої задачі.

Загалом це робиться без особливих проблем.
Вам потрібен буде або хостинг, або (краще) сервер.
Залежно від трафіку (загальний обсяг, пікові навантаження, допустимі затримки) треба обрати стек реалізації.
Якщо трафік некритичний, можна зробити на PHP та використати звичайний хостінг.
В іншому разі я б запропонував виділений сервер та GoLang.
Маю необхідний досвід, готовий реалізувати. -
