Complete security audit. I will conduct a thorough check of your WordPress site using professional scanners (e.g., Wordfence/Sucuri) to obtain an official report stating that the site is "clean" and does not contain malicious code.
Analysis of preventive measures. I will check that all plugins are updated, basic protection (WAF) is installed, and that there are no other obvious vulnerabilities that could have led to the hack.
Preparation of a well-argued appeal. I will prepare a new request for review. In it, we will explain in detail that the cause was a hack, provide the security scanner report as evidence, and describe all the steps that have been taken to protect the site in the future.
