Budget: 2000 UAH Deadline: 4 days

Good day! I have deployed Docker-compose on AWS Ubuntu multiple times and have also worked with databases. For 2000/4 days, I will set up Fineract+MySQL, configure the ports and API, and create a super admin with a short text manual. Is the AWS access (SSH+keys) already prepared?

Budget: 12000 UAH Deadline: 4 days

Good day.

We can deploy Apache Fineract on AWS Ubuntu via Docker Compose, set up the database, check the REST API, Community App, administrator access, and go through basic scenarios. Unfortunately, for 2000 UAH, it will only be a very superficial installation without proper accounting verification. Realistically, for a working setup with a short manual, I would estimate from 12000 UAH and 3-4 days.

Regarding the demonstration - I do not suggest a call outside the marketplace, as we could get banned for that =/ A normal option would be to provide a short text manual and, if needed, a video file with a demonstration directly within the marketplace.

Look, there’s a nuance here - it’s better not just to run Fineract with containers, but to check database migrations, default tenant settings, administrator rights, ports, basic logs, and the correctness of the client - account - deposit - withdrawal - transfer - accounting scenarios.

I will deploy Fineract in Docker Compose - I will set up the fineract + MariaDB stack on your AWS Ubuntu server, run the database migrations, configure the ports, and check the REST API and Community App. I will create a super admin and go through all 6 scenarios - client, account, deposit and withdrawal, P2P and interbank, General Ledger, audit logs, and chargeback, to ensure transactions are processed correctly. I will provide a short text manual with screenshots for each scenario. Please clarify - is the stand needed purely for testing or should it include a domain, SSL, and backups right away? This will determine whether to add Nginx proxy.

Budget: 12000 UAH Deadline: 5 days

Alexandre, I see the task as a fully reproducible demonstration stand of Fineract on AWS, not just running containers. After deployment, the database, migrations, REST API, Community App, administrator, and all specified training scenarios must work.

I will deploy Docker Compose on Ubuntu, set up a separate network, a persistent DB volume, environment variables without secrets in the repository, and the minimally necessary access rules. I will check the health/status of services, the API, and access to the dashboard. Next, I will create a demo tenant and go through the client, account, deposit, withdrawal, internal transfer, accounting entries, audit, and return with test data. Any limitations of the specific version will be documented separately.

The readiness criterion: the stand is restored with one documented command; after a restart, the data is retained; the API and web interface are accessible; the administrator can log in; six scenarios are confirmed with screenshots or video; the compose file, configuration template, and a brief runbook are provided. This is a configuration for demo/test, not production hardening.

A realistic cost for this scope is 12,000 UAH via Safe, with a deadline of 5 days.

Please confirm: is the environment needed only for demonstration with test data, without real financial transactions?

Budget: 12000 UAH Deadline: 3 days

we have an almost ready similar approach for the quick deployment of financial and accounting systems, we can adapt it for Apache Fineract and launch a demo on your AWS ))

the estimate for the demo environment is 12,000 UAH and 3 working days. this includes Docker, a database, REST API testing, Community App, super administrator, and a short manual on basic scenarios.

look, there is a nuance - AWS Free Tier is suitable for demonstration but not for real banking operations with security, backups, and load. if a production environment is needed, it's better to consider a separate phase.

please clarify
- the AWS server is already created and there is SSH access with sudo
- is only a text manual needed or also a short video walkthrough of the scenarios

Good day, Oleksandr!

Deploying Apache Fineract on AWS is an important task that requires a detailed approach. I have experience in setting up similar systems and am ready to offer an effective solution.

I understand that you want to set up a banking accounting platform, so it is important to consider the specifics of your infrastructure, security requirements, and the functionality you plan to implement.

My cases include deploying various systems on VPS, particularly using Docker for process automation. For example, I have successfully implemented projects related to database setup and REST API integration.

Good day, Oleksandr Vasylovych!

Right to the point to save your time. Fineract is a heavy Java application that requires at least 2 GB of RAM, while AWS Free Tier (t2/t3.micro) provides 1 GB. In its standard configuration, it will crash due to OOM during startup. A working solution is a swap file and heap limits for the JVM—then it can run on Free Tier and works fine for demonstration. It's just better to know this beforehand.

Another typical issue: the official image starts on HTTPS with a self-signed certificate, and the Community App cannot see the REST API because of this. This is the most common reason for "deployed, but the web interface doesn't work"—it can be resolved in the configuration.

I will complete it in 2 days: Docker + Compose, Fineract and MariaDB, ports, super admin, API and web interface checks. Then, a text instruction plus a video recording with scenarios: creating a client, account, deposit, withdrawal, internal transfers. 2000 UAH.

Please let me know which instance is already up—this will determine if swap is needed.

Hello Oleksandr Vasylovych. I see that you need an official Fineract docker-compose stack with MySQL/MariaDB on Ubuntu AWS Free Tier, with an open REST API and Community App, plus a demonstration of six business scenarios from account opening to audit logs and chargeback. I will deploy it as follows: I will set up Docker and Docker Compose on the provided VPS, deploy the official Fineract and database images, configure the network and ports for the REST API and web interface, create a super admin, and check the stability of the container launches after reboot. Then I will manually go through all scenarios with client, deposit, P2P transfer, General Ledger, and refunds, documenting the steps in a short text manual with screenshots or a short video, whichever is more convenient for you. The execution time is 5 days with SSH access and to the admin panel at the final stage. Please clarify whether the VPS is already set up and clean, or if I also need to handle its initial configuration and opening ports in the AWS security group?
