Essence: calculation of cost based on all characteristics. Game Dota 2.
Example: a client requests a boost of 5k mmr with account transfer, it is necessary to win 1 game (25 mmr), he has a rank on the account of 8000 and a smurf pool.
Base cost for 5k mmr: 100 UAH + additional payment for smurf pool 15% + additional payment for rank 15%.
Total cost: 130 UAH.
