The foundation is planned to be made of FBS blocks or a monolithic reinforced strip. The depth of laying is 20-30 cm. All soil to the bearing layer is removed and replaced with sand with layer-by-layer compaction. Freezing is prevented by an insulated blind area. The size of the building around the perimeter is approximately 5*4 meters. All other details are discussed. The content of the section should be minimally optimal to pass according to DBN, without unnecessary information. Geology is in the appendices. Walls are made of gas concrete 300 mm, wooden ceilings, profiled sheet, polystyrene insulation for walls, mineral wool for the ceiling. Other documents will be sent if necessary. Price by agreement.
