Administrative functions:
- mailing: sending any message to all or selected subscribers of the bot
- statistics: information about activity, user growth over a period, the ability to download an Excel file with data of all bot subscribers
- adding/removing admins by ID (only you as the bot owner can do this)
- adding/removing users with access (whitelist)
- sending all saved lines of the bot as text.
